For sustainable waste management system in Egypt, WMRA works in synergy and integration with donor agencies, working on waste management projects, to achieve waste management infrastructure in Egypt. Besides this, the development of human resource should always be part of the received external support; alternatively, any collaborative project initiated by a donor agency will not be able to continue.

The aim of WMRA partnership with donors is to share knowledge and communication across national boundaries. Additionally, work to spread best practices to accelerate the uptake of waste-related infrastructure with the goal to reach efficient, zero-waste and a sustainable society. This partnership works as a catalyst platform and a decentralized network of the key players of governments, the private sector, NGOs, municipalities and academic and research institutions.​
