Waste is Wealth
What is considered as waste or useful material and how to utilize both is not consistent due to different perceptions on the topic. Usually the general perception is that waste is merely garbage or a material to be disposed. In fact, waste is Wealth. Waste is a useful material, if we reused it in a right way, that is wrongly placed and represents a resource rather than a material to be destroyed, excluding hazardous waste due to the nature of the substance that cannot be directly reused.
Therefore, the biggest change needed is a change in people's concepts about different materials and how to handle them since it is that perception that forms the culture of utilization.
